You are responsible for ensuring that any information, instructions, offers, prices, dates, contact details or other content supplied by you for publication is complete, accurate, lawful and up to date.
You acknowledge that the service uses automated technology and third-party social media platforms. Although we take reasonable steps to operate the service correctly, posts may occasionally be delayed, duplicated, omitted, incorrectly formatted or otherwise affected by technical errors.
We are not responsible for failures, outages, changes, restrictions, suspensions or other actions of Facebook, Instagram or any other third-party platform which are outside our reasonable control.
You remain responsible for your social media accounts and should periodically check that posts are appearing correctly. If you become aware of an incorrect or inappropriate post, you should notify us promptly so that we can take reasonable steps to correct or remove it.
You must notify us if your social media page, account, login permissions, administrator access or other relevant account details change. We are not responsible for posts being sent to an incorrect account where the account or page information supplied or confirmed by you was incorrect.
We do not guarantee any particular level of enquiries, engagement, followers, reach, leads, sales or other results from social media posting.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of opportunity or loss arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including the failure or unavailability of a third-party social media platform.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
You authorise us, and the technology providers we use to deliver the service, to access and publish content to the social media accounts you have connected or approved for this purpose.
By accepting these terms, you confirm that the social media account(s) you have selected are the correct accounts and that you authorise us to publish content to them using the automated posting service.
