You can ask us to delete the personal data that the Social Posting Tool (operated by
XE Website Solutions Ltd) holds about you at any time.
How to request deletion
- Email office@bookdirectmate.com from the email
address on your account, with the subject "Delete my data".
- Tell us your account email (and, if relevant, the connected Facebook Page name) so we can locate
your data.
- We will confirm and permanently delete your account and associated data within 30 days.
What we delete
- Your account (name, email, login credentials).
- Connected Facebook/Instagram Pages and their stored access tokens.
- Imported property data, schedules and posts created within the Service.
What we cannot delete
Posts that have already been published to your own Facebook/Instagram Page remain on those platforms,
which you control directly — you can remove them from Facebook/Instagram at any time. Records we are
legally required to keep (for example billing records for tax) may be retained for the required period.
Disconnect the app yourself
You can also remove the app's access without contacting us:
- In the app: go to My Facebook Pages and remove the connected Page(s).
- On Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, select
Social Posting Tool and click Remove. This revokes our access to your Pages.
